Their dedication to excellence and commitment to professional development have shaped their illustrious career, making them a trusted leader in the industry.

  • 20 + Years Security/Loss Prevention Experience: Our Director/Owner/Trainer boasts over two decades of hands-on experience in security and loss prevention, honing their skills through various roles and challenges.

  • 20 + Years Licensed NYS Security Guard: Holding a New York State Security Guard license for over 20 years, they have demonstrated a deep understanding of state regulations and best practices in security operations.

  • 20 + Years Security, Safety and Loss Prevention Management: They have held several high-level management positions in security, safety and loss prevention, showcasing their ability to lead teams and implement effective strategies.

  • Education and Certifications: A graduate from Flynn & Loverage Security Instructor School, they are also a certified NYS Security Guard Instructor, Sabre OC Instructor, and Narcan Instructor, underscoring their commitment to staying current with industry standards and training methodologies.
  • CPR, First Aid, AED Instructor & Instructor Trainer: Certified to teach lifesaving skills and train new instructors, ensuring individuals and teams are fully prepared to respond effectively in emergencies.

  • Our Armed Security Guard Trainer is one of the most supperier trainers available in the area holding Multiple certifications, being a Formal Law Enforcement Instructor with the Buffalo Police Department, where he was a Range Master and tought in the Erie County Police Academy, combined it with his training received from the NRA and the Military to come up with a comprehensive class that will teach you the basics in handgun safety and put you with the ultimate training experience. Then it does not stop there when your ready he offers extensive advanced training.
