I the Student will receive the following Refund on Security Courses, a 100% refund prior to the start of instruction. Courses divided between two days, student will receive a 50% refund if requested before start of second day. Courses divided into four sessions, the refund schedule shall be 75%, 50%, and 25%. A security guard training school cannot assess any non-refundable registration fees, cancellation fees, or deposits. 47 hour firearms course: Student receives an 85% refund if cancellation occurs after the initial deadly physical force training begins, but before instruction begins for the firearms handling and qualification component of the course. No refund is owed if the student cancels after the above cited firearms handling component instruction has begun.

All.Other course must be Canceled in writing 3 Days in advance to receive a refund.

Any violation of the safety rules may result in the expulsion from the course without refund.

100% attendance is required and failure to successfully complete the comprehension assessment under the NYS guidelines, will result in failure of the course, without refund.

Payment is due before any class begins.

Scheduling conflicts may be adjusted at the discretion of the instructor.

Successful completion of the course does not guarantee approval of the NYS Pistol Permit application or Security Guard Application.

No pictures or video allowed in the classroom unless initiated by WNY Security Pros
